Agreed. I loved that ice tunnel! I wonder why they changed such a fun entrance into a couple of boring glass doors.

1982 - Contemporary (1 week), 1987 (2 weeks, offsite), 1988 (1 week, offsite), 1989 (3 weeks, offsite), 1990 (5 weeks, offsite), 1991 - 1995 (6 weeks, offsite each year), 2004 (3 days, offsite)

Ice Station Cool was better by far. Loved the frozen entrance with the cave man clutching a coke. Plus Ice Station Cool was a lot more secretive and very few people knew about it. It felt like a secret club house in a way

I remember my first time walking through the tunnel. It was cold, then all of a sudden, when I was halfway through, a "snowstorm" started!

phooey! I never experienced ice station cool. I wanted to go through that tunnel and say i was a part of that secret club.
To me club cool is just a place I can run in and have a free drink of ginger soda - definitely not a cool secret ice station.
