With you talking about Ft Wilderness it reminded me of the geyser at Wilderness Lodge. We stayed there on our first few trips when I was younger and I loved walking past the geyser as it was going off. I also think it's cool that the water flows all the way into the resort as someone has already mentioned. I think the little bridge inside is super cute.

I love the Sassagoula river at Port Orleans and the leaping fountain at Epcot.
This might not count, but I love the rain effect in the rain forest part of Small World.
Then there's the "backside of water" on the Jungle Cruise!

I wouldn't say this one is my favorite, but for the sake of originality, I love the muppets fountain at Hollywood Studios.
