    New Park Idea- Yesterland

I have an idea for another park that might fit in well with Disney and be adored by fans alike. I would call it "Yesterland", and it would only contain rides from all over the Disney parks that have been closed in the past. Of course, it would not have EVERY single ride to have closed in history.... Only the popular rides that have closed in the past, the ones that were beloved by fans.... Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Adventure Thru Inner Space, Horizons, etc. Fans would adore this park because it would have the rides they have known, loved, and missed. It would also give a glimpse into the past, or "Yesterland". Any thoughts?

I love that idea! There's just one thing. Where would they put this new area? Since there is much construction already, I just wonder where it would fit... PLEASE REPLY!

It would fit at least somewhere on WDW property... I dont mean it as a land, but as an entire PARK though.

Possibly, but many guests love the Backlot Tour. Maybe a different ride that many guests do not enjoy, and that wouldn't be missed as much. But yet again, look at all of the rides mentioned! It would take construction the size of the new Magic Kingdom to build it.

I vote for the real estate currently occupied by the Indy Speedway :-)

Hahaha, I thought I was one of the only people who remembered what that was!

Ok, if not Backlot Tour, why not just bulldoze ESPN Zone?

    *grin*

Oh, but so many guests LOVE the Indy Speedway, including myself. It would be hard to get rid of that attraction.

I definitely agree with that. Besides, I don't think ESPN has much to do with Disney. Who agrees with that?

I like the backlot tour, but many people don't anymore. Maybe they should add something to spice it up and maybe people will love it again!

I think this is a great idea since over the years they have been taking things away from it. If they actually add something to it that would help make it more interesting.

It's a good idea absolutely but Disney is amazing at what it does. And I'm sure they had very good reasons for why they all closed down. I'm not to sure if they have the room for it. But I hope they do have a new park coming soon. And a park that is like an old town would be cool. But that is my personal opinion.
