It's a Small World

Take that legendary boat ride around the globe on this musical tour of nations. Hundreds of international dolls sing and dance to the famous "It's a Small World" medley. After it's over, just try to get that tune out of your head.

Facts:

Its A Small World originally started out at the 1964 World's Fair in New York. Walt Disney liked the concept, so he brought it do Disneyland. It was a success.

There are no American Small World scenes in Walt Disney World.

Small World was originally sponsored by Mattel.

That catchy tune you can never seem to get out of your head was written by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman

On the wall directly behind the boat entry station is a Big Ben tower shape. The purple circle in the tower forms Mickey's head while the ears are formed by two bluish green circles.
At the end of the Africa room, on the elephants' left side, there are purple vines with flowers. The leaves/flowers up and to the right are Mickey silhouettes.

 Lyrics:

It's a world of laughter
A world of tears
It's a world of hopes
And a world of fears
There's so much that we share
That it's time we're aware
It's a small world after all

There is just one moon
And one golden sun
And a smile means
Friendship to ev'ryone
Though the mountains divide
And the oceans are wide
It's a small world after all

It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small, small world
