Summary Just average

Reviewer's Comments

Had dinner at CRT twice-once for my wife's birthday (at Christmas 2007) and again for my daughter's 20th birthday-last week. The atmosphere is fun and both were really excited about the whole experience. The food was just average. I had the lamp chops last week and they were a bit tough. Wife and daughter had the prime rib and both said it was very good. We ordered a cake for my daughter but they had no record of it and did not charge us. It is a bit pricey-but the wife calls me cheap!

Summary Worth it!

Reviewer's Comments

We went for breakfast for my daughter's 4th birthday and after all the hype was nonetheless impressed. The dining room is small and beautiful and the princesses were all lovely and my daughter was THRILLED to see the "real" princesses. The food was decent (though it's true that the choices aren't great - it's either a HUGE, very unhealthy breakfast or a fruit and yogurt plate, nothing in the middle). We will DEFINITELY go back.

Summary Amazing Time - worth it!

Reviewer's Comments

WOW! Had my daughers 5th birthday at lunch at the Royal Table. Cinderella was terrific - just plain nice to each child. She spent a lot of time listening and asking my daughter questions that she seemed to really care about hearing the answers to - terrific. The photos that are included with the meal are the best that we got from the disney staff. The meal was good, I asked a question about a dish and the waitress said to wait? Next thing I know I'm talking to Chef Bubba (no, seriously!) and he's telling me how its prepared, etc., etc., and suggested the Salmon. Each Princess was terrific and spent time with my daughter. My son got a Short Sword with "CRT" on the hilt that he loves too. It cost two table sevices on the dining plan but would have been better off paying outright for it and saving the dining plan credits when we figured the final costs for each meal. Live and learn. Overall, an amazing magical experience for the kids from start to finish.

Summary SO SO

Reviewer's Comments

Was pretty good – I really expected this to be crappy, the reviews I read were only so-so. My husband really loved it, and he is a tough cookie to impress. I wasn't as bowled over, but really it was a good dinner. The place was absolutely teeming with horrible, badly behaved children, but I guess we deserved that, having booked a character dinner (how else can you have dinner in the castle? Is there a way to do this I haven't figured out?) I love children (have 5 of my own, and 2 grandchildren) and I love watching the little ones have fun in the parks, but this dinner was out of control. Kids were running amok all over the restaurant, poking people with their little play swords and wands, screaming, jumping off chairs and up and down the stairs. I do have to mention that we watched as little kids got their picture taken, and whoever is the face character for Cinderella was unbelievably beautiful and charming. She never broke character, I was awestruck by her. We wont do this again though – we will let the little ones have fun here, and go someplace more 'grown up'

Summary So not worth it!

Reviewer's Comments

We were very disappointed in our breakfast here. You get two choices, stuffed french toast or a fruit plate. My husband was the only one who ate his french toast. My five year old daughter ate a few bites of her fruit. It was just not good at all! When we left, we had to go somewhere else so the kids and I could eat. It was nice that all of the pricesses were there that morning, but just not worth it. We will never do it again.
