What a surprise! After always staying at deluxe resorts, a friend of mine in Orlando persueded me to stay here and I was pleasantly surprised. OF COURSE it's a world of difference from the deluxe properties..however...you have to weigh how much time you actually spend IN YOUR ROOM. For us, we basically only used our room to shower and sleep in, so it was a no brainer. The room we had in this resort was small but very clean and I had no problems whatsoever. I have since stayed at all of the value resorts with similar success. The resort savings alone has given us the opportunity to come back to Disney several times a year, as opposed to our once a year or once every two year deluxe resort vacations!

Summary Great for small families

We enjoyed All Star Movies overall. The theming was exciting and immersive. The rooms are very small, but that should be expected for the price. It was perfect for a family with small children, but probably a little cramped for a family with one or more teens. We found the campus a little too spread out for our liking (especially carrying luggage to our room without a luggage cart), and the wait for the busses was longer than we would have liked.

The good: The theming is wonderful! I had so much fun roaming the property and taking photos. The bus service was very good. The rooms were nicely decorated. We got a very good rate on the room, too.

The bad: Our room was a little worn. Our bathtub drain wasn\'t working well. And the food court leaves a lot to be desired if one is a Vegan.
