Summary Best Meal on our Trip!

Reviewer's Comments

We dined at Le Cellier on Dec.4th

We were seated about 20 minutes after our PS time of 8:40. This is understandable because many people ahead will take there time before the Illuminations show starts.
We were seated by the host, who by the way had a real talent for keeping expectant guests at ease.

We were seated by the host and he told us what part of Canada he was from and introduced our waitress.

The waitress showed us her favorite dishes and explained the menu very nicely.

I selected a bowl of barley soup and the prime rib with a demi glaze sauce.

My wife ordered the seared maple glazed Salmon.

The soup was great and the prime rib was fork tender. Yum!
My wikes salmon was right on the mark and was quite flakey to the fork.

We decided to share a dessert and ordered the Chocolate Moose. What fun! it came in the shape of a Chocolate moose!

The theming was great but could stand to have the tables arranged in a better fashion instead of a straight line for 2 person seating.

As many of the spots at Disney , we talked with other guests and found everone sharing our like for the food and place.

I would highly recommend this place for all to enjoy

See ya later.

Reviewer's Comments

We love this place because of the delicious food and great staff. It's tough to get reservations, though, due to its popularity.

Summary Service not great

Reviewer's Comments

After much anticipation, I was disappointed with our dining experience. We were seated promptly and promised that by the end of our meal we would be rebooking to come back. I suspect that this hype set us up for disappointment. The waitress came across as so insincere and annoying. There was another older woman, whom I assume was checking out the seating availability, that just kept strolling up and down past our table whilst the waiters and waitresses rushed around. The food, however, was excellent. We ordered steak, but when it arrived the server did not know which was rare and which was medium, so off they disappeared to try and find out. Really, these were small irritations but in comparison to other dining experiences that we have had, it was not the best.

Reviewer's Comments

Ate here for a late lunch Oct 05. everything about this restaurant is fantastic. My kids even loved it. We were on DDP and used it as one of our table service meals. i had a wonderful steak(NY Strip) cooked perfectely Med Rare Rare. I always order it that way because it seems it comes out med. too often. Creme brulee for dessert was equaly good. I've heard that this is one of the best restaurants and one of the most difficult to get reservations to in WDW. It was perfect.
