Recipe Seafood Chowder from Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at the Norway Pavilion in EPCOT

    Ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons butter
    • 1 large White Onion diced
    • 1 can diced tomatoes 16 oz.
    • 3 large white potatoes diced
    • 4 cups Heavy Cream
    • kosher salt to taste
    • ground black pepper to taste
    • Tabasco sauce to taste
    • 1 1/2 cups salmon cooked
    • 1 cup cod cooked
    • 1 cup small shrimp cooked

    Instructions
    1. In a large soup pot, heat butter on medium heat.
    2. Sauté onions and tomatoes.
    3. Add potatoes and heavy cream.
    4. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender.
    5. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
    6. Serve soup with seafood pieces.
