Catch a glance of Irish hospitality at the 4th annual “Great Irish Hooley” at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant in Downtown Disney, Sept. 4-7.
This traditional Irish social celebration marks the halfway point to St. Patrick’s Day with live music, craft-beer tastings, face paintings, Irish-themed libations and entertainment.
Headlining are Screaming Orphans, four sisters from Ireland with a blend of pop, rock and traditional Irish Ceili music.
Also appearing are five other authentic musical acts from Ireland: JigJam, The West Coast Trio, The Blarney Stones, The Blaggards and Cooney & Ryan.
Four limited-edition craft beers, brewed for this event by Ireland’s Rye River Brewing Co., will be spotlighted at Raglan Road. The new brews are Raglan Road Saison, Raglan Road Fruit Salad Weiss Beer, McGargles Jims CO2 Stout and a McGargles Francis Tropical American IPA.
“We’re excited to share our traditions, as well as the best of Irish bands and entertainers,” says John Cooke, a Raglan Road founding partner and Dublin native.
Celtic face-painting will also be available to guests Saturday through Monday.
