Guests at Disney World complain about the Astronomical Price of Victoria & Albert’s.

Fans of Disney World have blasted the resort after one of its restaurants raised rates by up to $200 per person.

Victoria & Albert’s, situated at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in the Orlando theme park, returned this summer after being closed due to the pandemic. Tourists at Disney World have observed that the theme park has raised rates at its already costly restaurants.

The Dining Room, the Chef’s Table, and the Queen Victoria Room are the three distinct dining experiences available at Victoria & Albert’s. The Dining Room menu is the lowest choice at the restaurant, which now starts at $295 per person, up from $185 before the outbreak. According to Disney Food Blog, the seven-course lunch also includes $150 in wine.

The Chef’s Table tasting menu, which used to cost $350 per person before the epidemic, is now $425 per person. Wine adds an additional $200, bringing the total to $625 per person. The Chef’s Table only has one seating for six people every night.

The shocking price increase sparked outrage among Disney fans and theme park visitors alike. “I’m sure it’s a terrific experience and incredibly fancy, but no thanks,” one Reddit user remarked. I’m out. I’m not going to pay $300 per person to consume some meals. ”

Another Reddit member said, “Crazy overpriced.” “Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City aren’t even that expensive.”

“The price increase aims to keep the disorganized middle class out,” one man alleged.

Others who have eaten at Victoria & Albert’s, on the other hand, say the high costs are worth it for a once-in-a-lifetime feast.

“After saving for two years, my spouse and I traveled.” It was AMAZING. “I’m not sure I’ll have another opportunity, but the experience was definitely worth it,” one individual remarked.

“Totally worth it,” someone other concurred.

The price increases at Walt Disney World resorts have lately gotten a lot of attention when a TikTok video went viral showing a tourist pushing a little kid in a stroller to avoid paying the park’s child admittance charge.

“When Disney ticket prices rise,” the video’s written caption stated.

A group of park-goers is shown in the video standing in line to buy amusement park tickets while pushing a baby-sized stroller. The video then cut to footage of the same gang standing at the Disney park’s entrance. The two ladies pull the stroller and then pull a small girl costumed as a Disney princess from the infant carriage.

According to the Walt Disney website, ticket costs for Walt Disney World Park begin at $109 per day for those aged 10 and above. Tickets for children aged three to nine begin at $104, while children under three do not need a ticket to access Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort.
