The First ‘Behind the Attraction’ Trailer Reveals the Hidden Secrets of Disney’s Iconic Rides

The official trailer for Disney+’s newest documentary series, Behind the Attraction, has been published. The ten-part series, narrated by Criminal Minds’ Paget Brewster, is planned to take fans “beyond the curtain” of some of Disney’s most iconic attractions, from the original Disneyland’s traditional attractions to cutting-edge feats of design like Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

For her position as narrator, Brewster assumes the typical, sweet Disney announcer voice, over video of both new and vintage attractions. According to her, the series is “the trip of a lifetime,” with never-before-seen film and photos of how iconic Disney attractions came to be, and how they’ve been improved as new ideas (and technology) have emerged.

“This is the kind of making of’ that dreams are made of,” Paget says over the trailer, which includes clips from Galaxy’s Edge, Tron Lightcycle Power Run, and It’s a Small World, as well as archival footage of Walt Disney himself and something so distinctly 1980s that a Disney Imagineer refers to it as “the Darth Vader ballet.” The series is intended to cover a wide spectrum of Disney attractions, ensuring that there is something for every Disney fan, adult and child alike.

The teaser includes sounds of renowned individuals and the team from Disney — including Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia, who run their Seven Bucks Production business. The series also produces the series. The series includes interviews with rare Disney legends and imaginary imaginers from past to present, including Bob Weis, Jeanette Lomboy, Kim Irvine, Scott Trowbridge, Tom Fitzgerald, Scot Drake, Carmen Smith, and Joe Rohde. The production is carried out behind the Attraction by Hiram Garcia, Brian Gewirtz, Kevin Hill of Seven Bucks Productions, and Brian Volk-Weiss of the Nacelle Company (the series is also managed), Robin Henry, and Cisco Henson.

The first 5 episodes on Disney Plus, which will be presented Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Star Tors, the Twilight Zone Towers of Terror, and Space Mountains on July 21 will include five of Disney’s most cherished sights. Sometime later this year, five more episodes will be released to the streaming site, but no precise dates have been specified. Review the following new trailer:
