One of the tastiest delicacies at Disney’s Hollywood Studios may be found on the tables of the 50’s Prime Time Cafe, but don’t rest your elbows there. It would be Aunt Liz’s Golden Fried Chicken, which, while basic in appearance, has a flavor that reflects a lot of love and home cooking.
This one isn’t too tough, and you’ll be serving your own Aunt Liz’s Golden Fried Chicken before you know it.

Chicken
- 1 Whole chicken cut into 1/8's (2 breasts 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 legs)
Breading
- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 3/4 cup soy flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 oz whole dry eggs
- 1 tbsp red pepper
- 2 oz non-fat dry milk

Instructions
- Combine all of the breading ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Wash and clean the chicken thoroughly and keep it damp.
- Cover each piece of chicken in the breading mixture.
- Deep fry till golden brown in hot oil.
