Chicken Parmigiana – Tony’s Town Square – Magic Kingdom
Lightly-breaded Chicken Breast with Provolone and Tony’s Marinara Sauce over Spaghetti.
Place the chicken in the flour and then in the beaten egg.
After the chicken has been covered in the egg mixture, lay it in the breading and fully cover it.
In a pan over medium heat, add oil and pan-fry chicken. When the chicken is done, lay it on a paper towel to drain.
Place some of the marinara sauce on top of the chicken, followed by the Provolone cheese, and bake until the cheese melts.
Place the cooked hot pasta in a bowl, then top with the remaining sauce and chicken.
