Thin pastry seasoned with minced meat fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon
  1. Mix beef, onion, coriander, parsley and brown in skillet.
  2. Add cinnamon, ginger, saffron, salt, eggs, peanut oil
  3. Cook fully, then cool.
  4. Wrap 1 ounce of meat mixture in a bastilla leaf (similar to a phyllo pastry sheet)
  5. Deep fry rolls.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
