    Instructions
    1. To prevent your skewer sticks from burning, soak them in some water before using them.
    2. While they are soaking, finely chop the onion, coriander, and parsley until they are very fine.
    3. Cut your steak into cubes, approximately of one inch.
    4. Combine all ingredients until well combined..
    5. Put 4 oz. of beef on each skewer stick.
    6. Cook over a bed of hot coals or in the broiler for about 5 to 8 minutes.
