    Instructions
    1. Soak your wooden skewers to keep them from setting on fire.
    2. While they are soaking, you can finely chop the parsley, coriander, and garlic until they are very fine.
    3. Cut your chicken into cubes of approximately one inch.
    4. Then mix the chopped ingredients with the cumin, olive oil, lemon juice, food coloring, and chicken.
    5. Mix the ingredients until they are uniform and each piece of chicken has been coated.
    6. When the skewers are damp, place the chicken pieces onto them.
    7. Meanwhile, heat a BBQ grill (or oven broiler) to high heat.
    8. Cook the chicken kebabs for 5-6 minutes on each side to ensure they are cooked all the way through.
