Instructions
  1. Whisk together sambal, oil, paprika, Old bay, Italian seasoning, salt,and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Coat salmon with the mixture and place in container in fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Heat oil mixture in a large nonstick skillet over high heat.
  5. Sear salmon in skillet until golden, about 2 minutes.
  6. Flip, then place skillet in the oven and cook for 3 to 5 more minutes or until fish is cooked through.
Recipe Notes

For spicy tomato topping: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over salmon, serve, and enjoy!
