Instructions
  1. Destem and remove the insides of the Portobello mushrooms.
  2. Cut into 4 pieces.
  3. Wash the remaining mushrooms.
  4. Mince the garlic.
  5. Slice the shallots.
  6. Toss all the ingredients together.
  7. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
