Instructions
  1. In a large soup pot, heat butter on medium heat.
  2. Sauté onions and tomatoes.
  3. Add potatoes and heavy cream.
  4. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
  6. Serve soup with seafood pieces.

This delectable Seafood Chowder is hands down my favorite chowder recipe, and that includes seafood chowders I have had in some top seaside restaurants!
