According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, guy faces charges after Walt Disney World security observed him scaling wall in an effort to get into the Magic Kingdom park.
Johnny Tran, 31, was detained at Walt Disney World on May 23.
According to investigators, Tran did not pay for parking in Disney’s lot until shortly before noon.
Deputies were notified by uniformed security officer stationed at checkpoint along corridor between the Contemporary Resort and Magic Kingdom that Tran was at the door to bus drivers’ breakroom.
The guard then saw Tran as he glanced about and moved up to berm, which police believe he climbed over to gain access to the park.

According to the arrest complaint, a plainclothes security guard posted within the park saw Tran go out of a door marked “cast members only.” The guard stated that he observed Tran enter Tony’s Towne Square restaurant, then go back out and remove an overshirt.
