- Disney World president has hinted at guest preview opportunities
Visitors to Walt Disney World may be able to ride Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure before it officially opens this autumn.
The attraction, based on the Disney-Pixar film “Ratatouille,” is set to open on October 1, just in time for Disney World’s 50th-anniversary celebration.
However, in a statement announcing preview chances for cast members on Friday, Disney World president Jeff Vahle suggested that customers will also have access to previews.
“And if you’re not a Cast Member, there may still be a way for you to see this attraction before it opens,” Vahle wrote in an Instagram post. “More details to come.”
In the past, Disney has provided yearly pass holders and Disney Vacation Club members with sneak peeks of upcoming attractions such as Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, located in Epcot’s enlarged France pavilion, was initially scheduled to debut in 2020. A comparable attraction may be found in Disneyland Paris.
