I love meeting all the Disney characters, but there’s nothing in the world like spending a few minutes with my main mouse, Mickey. Since he’s pretty popular around Walt Disney World, I’m sharing my best tips for meeting the cute little guy!

Check out the list below to discover where to meet Mickey Mouse at Disney World. Since not all encounters are the same, you might want to plan ahead to ensure you get the exact experience you want.

1Magic Kingdom – Festival of Fantasy Parade – Parade

Celebrate the spirit of Disney as Magic Kingdom park comes alive with music and dance during a tribute to the tales of Fantasyland. 2Magic Kingdom – Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire – Stage Show

See Mickey and his merry makers perform alongside other popular Disney pals during this magical, musical extravaganza.

Goofy dressed as a Merry Maker dances in front of Cinderella Castle with New Orleans jazz dancers Calling All Fairytale Friends This summer, skip-a-dee-doo-dah to the Cinderella Castle Forecourt stage for the fairest faire of them all! It takes a whole enchanted kingdom to put on this all-new, live stage show at Magic Kingdom park—and you’re cordially invited! In preparation for this joyous festival, Mickey and friends have ventured far and wide to gather Disney pals from all over to star in a royal friendship faire.

Goofy has invited Tiana and friends from the Land of the Bewitching Bayous to infuse a little spice of New Orleans jazz in the party. Donald Duck brings some new friends he met at the Snuggly Duckling from the Land of Enchanted Woods to shake their tail feathers. Daisy has asked Rapunzel and Flynn to “comb” over and sing along. Mickey even recruited Olaf, Anna and Elsa from the Land of the Mystic Mountains to cast some extra cool touches!

This grand affair culminates in the joining of classic and contemporary Disney Characters in a spectacular show featuring lively dancing, dazzling effects, an original song and memorable music from The Princess and the Frog, Tangled and Frozen.

3Magic Kingdom – Move it! Shake it! Dance & Play it! – Parade

Celebrate with your Disney and Pixar pals at this delightful street jubilee that gets you moving and grooving.

Brush up on your dance moves, grab your camera and get ready to raise the roof at the most awesome bash ever!

You’ll want to party it up when you see giant gift boxes circle in front of Cinderella Castle—their presence means the shindig is about to begin. Use your camera to capture yourself as you bust a move in the middle of the celebration.

Move and shake along with such Disney Characters as:

4Magic Kingdom – Town Square Theater – Meet n Greet

Mickey Mouse is in his rehearsal room, ready to meet his biggest fans. Discover props and posters from Mickey’s magical career in the theater and maybe even spot a disappearing dove or a rabbit coming out of a hat. The greatest magic of all happens when you get a hug from Mickey Mouse himself.

5Epcot – Epcot Character Spot – Meet n Greet

Say hello to some of your most beloved Disney friends at this cartoon clubhouse located in Future World.

Rub shoulders with paparazzi as Mickey and Minnie become overnight celebrities in a Tinseltown dream come true!

See the star-studded debut of this heartwarming Character Greeting featuring Mickey and Minnie as they head to Disney’s Hollywood Studios with little more than a wish for silver screen fame and a pocket full of dreams.

Minnie is anticipating the moment she can model red carpet couture and dazzle the world with a showstopping dance number! Mickey aspires to be a big picture legend in The Sorcerer’s Apprentice. Fantasmic! takes you into the colorful imagination of Mickey Mouse as the Sorcerer’s Apprentice. Join Mickey as he invokes the characters and spirit of such favorite Disney classics as:

  • The Little Mermaid
  • Cinderella

10Animal Kingdom – Tusker House – Character Meal

This is one of our favorite Disney buffets with the flavors of Africa offered along with all-American tastes. At breakfast, for instance, you can have bacon and eggs, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit and pastries – but also try beef bobotie (spiced minced meat with egg) or fruit chutneys.

11Animal Kingdom – Adventurers Outpost – Meet n Greet

Halt your adventuring to enjoy a magical meet ‘n’ greet with Mickey and Minnie at their exploration headquarters.

Mickey and Minnie are calling all Guests to their indoor retreat … and that includes you! Stop by Adventurers Outpost and join the globetrotting couple as they prepare themselves for their next grand expedition. Examine all the exotic mementos the two collected during their travels across the world before posing for a postcard perfect picture with them.

12Chef Mickey’s (Contemporary Resort) – Character Meal

Enjoy a lively, all-you-care-to-eat buffet with Disney Friends in a bright, happy space. As the monorail whizzes by, Disney Characters mingle with Guests for photos and autographs and periodically lead diners in song and dance. Delight in the revelry, soak up the expansive views of Bay Lake, and behold the stunning 90-foot-high mural by Disney Legend Mary Blair that overlooks the festive eatery. Guests at Chef Mickey’s may meet such Disney Characters as: Mickey Mouse Minnie Mouse Pluto Donald Duck Goofy Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit. Character appearances and entertainment are subject to change.

13Mickey’s Backyard BBQ (Fort Wilderness Resort) – Character Meal

Dance with Mickey, Minnie and Friends at this finger-licking, foot-stomping barbeque buffet.

Scoot on down to this covered, open-air pavilion for a music-filled hoedown with some favorite Disney Characters.

Feast on an all-you-care-to-enjoy BBQ spread to cowboy rope tricks and the rootin’ tootin’ tunes of a live country-western band. Then mosey on over to the dance floor for line dancing led by Disney Friends!

Several times throughout the night, Disney Characters mingle with Guests for photos and autographs. Cowpokes may meet:

  • Mickey Mouse
  • Minnie Mouse
  • Goofy
  • Chip ‘n Dale

14Ohana (Polynesian Resort) – Character Meal

Lilo and Stitch, along with other friends, invite you and your ʻohana to an American breakfast influenced by Polynesian flavors.

Feast family-style as Disney Friends visit with Guests, sign autographs and pose for photos. Breakfast selections include scrambled eggs, Island-style fried potatoes, Hawaiian pork sausages, Hawaiian-style ham topped with pineapple compote, a variety of fresh fruits and assorted breads.
