Earlier this month, a lady was detained at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for assaulting her spouse. The stress their Disney World vacation imposed on their marriage, according to the guy, was the root of their fight.

According to Orange Circuit Court filings, Asia Curry, 31, of Westchester, Ill., was charged with domestic violence.

The pair has two children and has been married for six years.

According to the arrest report: “Both stated that there have never been previous incidents of domestic violence,”

On June 3, shortly after 5 p.m., the couple got into a quarrel in the parking lot in front of an Orange County sheriff’s officer. The guy informed officials that his family had spent the day at the amusement park. “They started arguing verbally about marital problems related to the stress of the Disney World vacation.”

Curry put the children in the car and then continued to curse and scream at him. (Her husband) left Asia in an attempt to end the quarrel. Asia continued to follow him, spitting on him as he walked away in the direction of my patrol car”, wrote a deputy in Asia Curry’s arrest report. “As he walked up to the patrol car, Asia struck him with an open hand in the back of the head. At what point, the parties parted ways and talked to deputies in Orange County.”

According to the story, Curry claimed she beat her spouse because he deserved it.

Her husband was not injured and refused to accuse his wife, but Curry was caught and transported to prison. According to the allegation, Disney violated her across all Walt Disney World property.

Curry did not reply to a request for comment on Tuesday, and he did not have a lawyer listed in court documents. Her questioning is slated for August 17.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, intimate partner violence among males is a substantial public health issue.

Disney World is truly a lovely location for many people. The escapism, the thrills, the characters, the food, the scorching Florida heat.

However, people can also stand for hours on end. It might get hot and congested at times. People spend thousands of dollars on vacations and want the finest. Prior to the epidemic, sheriff’s reports detailed how visitors often struggled over parking spaces, criticized personnel when they couldn’t instantly get on tours, and competed for the best places to see the parades and fireworks. Now that the pandemic has passed, park reservations, Genie Plus, and Lightning Lanes are adding to the stress of people’s vacations.
