Jungle Cruise

Travel on the rivers of four different continents. See exotic animals, zany explorers and ancient ruins as your skipper leads you deep into the jungle. Your skipper's sure to regale you with humorous tales of danger, so be prepared for surprises along the way.

Facts:

The Jungle Cruise is a 10 minute winding meandering boat cruise through the tropics, along lands populated by Lions, Giraffes, Hippos, Elephants, and other assorted audio animatronic animals. The ride was at least partly inspired by a 1955 documentary film produced by Disney

All of the vegetation in the ride is real, some requiring considerable horticultural attention to combat the hot Floridian summer. Hidden from view, are large gas powered heaters, water misters, and ventilation fans designed to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity for some of the more tender tropical plants.

As you are entering the Jungle Cruise stop and look at the truck parked at the entrance. The spare tire has been placed on the front over the radiator and the two headlights line up as the ears.

The sign hanging over the entrance has barnacles at the bottom. Under the letter "c" in the word "Exotic" the mouse appears from the formation of 3 of the barnacles.

In the Khmer Temple and when entering the tunnel, there is a Hidden Mickey comprised of 3 gold platters located on the right side of the tunnel that are under the snakes to the right side of the boat
