Yo ho, yo ho! A pirate's life for me! Take a wild voyage through secret caverns and fierce sea battles as you join up with the rowdiest crew that ever sacked the Spanish Main. It's a boat ride through classic Disney adventures populated with almost countless Audio-Animatronics® figures.  This song is just as catchy as IASM!

Opening on March 18, 1967 the pirates of the carrebbean takes about  14.5 minutes for a compleate run. It can move  3,400 guests per hour.

It boasts 123 Audio-Animatronic Figures: 66 pirates and villages, 57 animals and birds.

Amount of Water: 750,000 Main Lift Pumps (2 operating): 20,000 gallons circulated per minute (maximum) 18,000 gallons circulated per minute (maximum)

The POC was originally intended to be a walk through attraction.

In the right queue when you are almost to the boats there is a metallic Mickey embedded in the floor in the pavement.
